Our rates include the removal of the flooring + the adhesive (glue or thin set), isolation of the working areas, cabinets protection and haul away of the debris to the container on-site (container supply is not included on the rates).

No! We are a specialized floor demolition company, but we also provide floor installation and interior demolition (walls, ceiling, cabinets, fixtures) services. We so not deal with structural, electrical or plumbing though.

We can guarantee a schedule with at least 2 days notice. Although, we oftentimes are able to begin on the following day in need be. We are proud to say that we can always accommodate all of our client's dates.

The duration depends on the size of the area and the type of flooring being removed. Most residential projects are completed within a day, while larger or more complex jobs may take longer. We always work efficiently to minimize downtime and keep your project on schedule.
